Southern Innovations SITORO technology was initially developed by Professor Rob Evans and Paul Scoullar as part of a research project at the Department of Electrical and Electronic Engineering at The University of Melbourne in Australia. After more than 10 years of research and development SITORO technology has now been implemented in hardware which is capable of realtime pulse processing at unprecedented levels of speed and accuracy.
