QuinTron Instrument Company was founded in 1962 and originally worked in the field of pulmonary function instrumentation. For the past 45 years, our only goals have been to manufacture the highest quality breathtesting devices and to provide the highest quality service to our customers. Our staff is professionally trained to support you in the business of breath testing. We began manufacturing gas chromatographs for breath tests used in gastroenterology in 1976. In 1980, the instrument was adapted with a solidstate sensor specific for reducing gases, and we introduced the QuinTron Model 12. From that time forward, QuinTron has been dedicated to this special field. We developed a line of instruments which includes devices with the capability to measure breath methane and apply a correction factor for carbon dioxide.
