Pneucleus has combined these technologies to create a line of lowcost mass flow controllers specifically designed for applications in gas detection, gas calibration, gas monitoring, gas chromatography and elemental analysis. Other applications include vacuum coating, fiber optics, and anesthesia delivery. The key to our low cost design is that they work exclusively with noncorrosive gases. This allows Pneucleus to eliminate the costly design features that are needed for handling corrosive gases, as in semiconductor wafer processing, and pass the savings on to our customers.
